Technically, only Objection Letters from Owners of one of the 650 District 3 Properties will be counted. If you own a property in a trust, only one of the trustees needs to sign.

Will I get a copy?

You should be able download a copy after you eSign. The letter includes a request to the OHP to send you an email confirmation that they received the letter.

What information is needed in the letter?

The street address of the property, info on ownership (see sample below) and your email for confirmation of receipt.

What does the letter I would be signing look like?

See sample below.

WHO WE ARE >

We are your District 3 neighbors who love this special part of the city. and are deeply concerned about the actions that a small group of people are taking, without your awareness or express consent, which will greatly affect you as property owners and the future livability of our neighborhood.

We are educating ourselves and educating others on how the process works and is being run.

We invite you to join us in preventing this historical designation.
